Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd is committed to delivering quality services. This Refund Policy applies to all services offered through the IndianSubsidiary platform and shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
2. India Entry Blueprint
- Before delivery: Full refund shall be provided if cancelled before work begins
- After delivery: No refund once the blueprint report has been delivered to the client
3. Incorporation Pack
- Before filing: 75% refund if cancelled before any government filings are submitted
- After filing: No refund once government applications have been submitted, as government fees are non-recoverable
- Rejection: If an application is rejected due to an error attributable to Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd, we shall refile at no additional charge
4. Company-as-a-Service (Monthly)
- Cancellation: Thirty (30) days' written notice is required
- Current month: No pro-rata refund shall be issued for partial months
- Advance payments: Any unused prepaid months shall be refunded in full
5. Employment Service (EOR)
- Cancellation: Thirty (30) days' written notice is required per employee
- Employee offboarding: Statutory obligations (gratuity, notice pay, earned leave encashment) shall remain the client's responsibility
- Current month: No pro-rata refund shall be issued for partial months
6. Registration Add-ons
- Before filing: Full refund if cancelled before submission to the relevant authority
- After filing: No refund, as government fees are non-recoverable
7. Government Fees
Government fees, stamp duty, and other statutory charges paid on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are paid directly to government authorities and cannot be recovered.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@clairvoyis.com with your service agreement number and reason for cancellation. All approved refunds shall be processed within fourteen (14) business days.
9. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us first to resolve the matter amicably. Clairvoyis Advisory LLP is committed to working with you to find a fair resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
