Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules and guidelines governing the use of the IndianSubsidiary platform operated by Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies to all users of the Platform, including portal users, administrators, and any person who accesses any part of indiansubsidiary.com (the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree with any provision of this policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

You may use the Platform for the following lawful purposes:

• Access the client portal to manage your India subsidiary, branch office, or other entity
• Track project milestones, incorporation progress, and compliance tasks
• Upload, view, and manage documents related to your entity and services
• Communicate with the Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd team through the Platform
• Access insights, guides, and resources published on the Platform
• Complete the assessment wizard to receive tailored recommendations

You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the Platform:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malware, viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, other users’ accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable laws, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, or fraud
• Share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access the Platform using your account
• Transmit or upload confidential information belonging to third parties without proper authorisation or consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential at all times
• Notify Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other services

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd. You agree to:

• Respect all intellectual property rights associated with the Platform
• Not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent
• Not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform

You retain full ownership of any documents, data, and content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd a limited licence to use such content solely for the purpose of providing services to you.

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), GDPR (EU), and any other relevant legislation
• Not upload sensitive personal data (such as health records, biometric data, or financial account numbers) of any individual without their explicit consent and a lawful basis for processing
• Respect the privacy of other users and refrain from collecting, storing, or sharing their personal information without authorisation
• Report any suspected data breach or privacy incident to Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd without undue delay

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately to:

All reports will be treated confidentially. Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd will investigate all reported violations promptly and take appropriate action, which may include the measures outlined in Section 8 below.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at the sole discretion of Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd:

• A written warning specifying the nature of the violation and required corrective action
• Temporary suspension of your access to the Platform
• Permanent termination of your account and access to the Platform
• Legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, or referral to law enforcement authorities where the violation involves unlawful conduct

Oris Intelligence Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
